Welcome to the North American branch of the LEGO Customer Service department!

When you call or email us from North America you will be answered by one of the staff in our contact center in Enfield, CT. On an average day we get around 1,000 calls in English and French (and soon, Spanish). Our Advisors know a lot about LEGO bricks and most of the time their expertise is enough to assist you with whatever question you might have.
